Superior hotel and stunning location on the other hand the beach is five minutes away. Fairly quiet and spacious room with a double bed as advertised.

A refrigerator, a microwave and air conditioning were available in my double room. The bed was comfortable; and there was a bathtub. The staff were helpful and nice and the location was marvellous close to bike path. What's more, it was next to the bike trails, all the Eastern Townships ski resorts and restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the skiing and Eastern Townships ski resorts. the chalet I stayed in was clean and had 2 beds. - Having a microwave oven, electric kettle, and fridge in the chalet was very convenient. - the location of the hotel is fantastic; the beach is only a five-minute drive away. - the venue is just 2 km away from the House of Culture.

The location is beautiful, close to a bike path. Some staff members were very friendly and amicable. The room was quiet, reasonably spacious, and had a double bed.

The cabin we stayed in was cozy and clean, with lots of beds for our group. We were pleasantly surprised to find a hidden room with an extra double bed. the location was great, with a convenience store right next door.
The TV in our cabin was broken, and there was no sign by the road to help us find the entrance. the chalets were also hidden behind bushes, making it a bit difficult to locate.

Every time I'm in Waterloo, I choose this place. Amicable and kind staff as one would expect. - I have stayed in the superior queen room with 2 beds. - A microwave oven, climate control, and a work desk are available. - Its location is great and stunning, next to the Eastern Townships, fantastic area.

great little chalet with clean bathroom and cute kitchen area, perfect for a city break. Appreciated the understanding staff and the refund we received for the unbearable heat. The motel manager was friendly and accommodating.
Dark and hard to find at night.
